Wakefield Theatre Club membership card belonging to Isabel Cheston
These membership cards for Wakefield Theatre Club belonged to former staff members.
Isabel Cheston worked at the club’s cigarette kiosk in the 1970s. She collected lots of memorabilia during her time working at the famous venue. In 2016, her family kindly donated Isabel’s fantastic collection to the museum.
Dave Wilkins was the club’s stage manager. He worked there for the first six years after the club opened in 1969.
