Information: roadworks and access

Roadworks are currently affecting road access to the Pontefract Castle main entrance. Disabled and drop-off access will either be via Spink Lane (WF8 1EG) or Micklegate (WF8 1QG). This will vary daily. You will need to pull up to the 'road closed' signs and speak to the person on duty. You can also ring ahead to our Visitor Centre (Wed to Sun, 10am to 4pm) on 01977 723440.
