Heritage for Youth: Sugar craft (ages 12-16)

Workshop times available:

• Friday 31 July, 10:30am to 12 noon

• Friday 31 July, 1:30pm to 3pm

Explore the colourful world of edible flowers. Try your hand at the delicate craft of sugar artistry. 

Learn how to identify a variety of safe, edible blooms. Discover how to prepare and use flowers to decorate treats. Shape and model sugar flowers with professional techniques. 

Perfect for budding bakers and creative crafters.

This workshop is designed for teenagers aged 12 to 16. Accompanying adults are welcome, but not essential.

This activity is part of our Heritage for Youth programme. Teenagers can get hands-on with history through interactive workshops.
