Find Your Passion: Edible flowers (16+)

Workshop times available: 

• Thursday 30 July, 1:30pm to 3:30pm

• Thursday 30 July, 4:30pm to 6:30pm

Get hands-on creating incredible edible flowers. Explore the delicate craft of sugar art.

You will learn how to:

• Identify a variety of safe, edible blooms

• Prepare flowers and use them to decorate your own cakes, bakes, and desserts

• Shape and model sugar flowers

• Combine sugar craft and edible florals for show stopping results 

You'll leave the session with your own set of hand-crafted sugar flowers. You'll also create a beautifully decorated treat using fresh edible flowers.

Perfect for budding bakers, creative crafters, foodies, gardeners and anyone who loves beautiful things!
