Skincare has been around for centuries!

Learn what people in the past did to stand out from the crowd. Make your own natural products inspired by historical techniques.

We'll be exploring the benefits of natural ingredients like beeswax, shea butter, cocoa butter and essential oils. Make your own naturally nourishing hand cream and lip balms.

This workshop is designed for teenagers aged 12 to 16. Accompanying adults are welcome, but not essential.

This activity is part of our Heritage for Youth programme. Teenagers can get hands-on with history through interactive workshops.
